Ray Faltinsky - CEO & Co-Founder

Ray discovered the power of nutritional supplements when he was 15 years old and his mother was cured of a crippling case of osteoporosis through the use of a nutritional supplement. From that point it became his mission to help spread the power of nutrition throughout the world.

Ray received his Bachelor of Science degree from Trinity College and his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School, where he began researching the Direct Sales industry. His intensive research over a two-year period resulted in a 50-page thesis on Direct Selling, its viability as an effective means of distribution, and its legal ramifications.

Combining his passion for nutrition with his Direct Sales savvy, Ray set out to form the ideal home-based opportunity distributing life-changing wellness products. The end result was the creation and launch of FreeLife International®.

Kevin Fournier - President & Co-Founder

Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration, from Central Connecticut State University. As a Co-Founder of FreeLife International, Kevin has served in many different capacities, ranging from COO to the Corporate Sales Leader.

In 2004, Kevin became the President of FreeLife and has since been instrumental in guiding the Company to record growth during this time. He possesses a unique skill set, particularly in terms of organizational development, analytics, and effective communication.

Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Direct Selling Association.
